Services
Take one or take all of them. Most practices start with credentialing, because it is the fastest thing to fix and the easiest to measure.
New providers, new locations, new payers. We prepare and file the applications, chase the payer every week, and keep your rosters current so nothing lapses quietly.
The full cycle, end to end — eligibility through to reconciled payment. You get a fixed reporting rhythm and a named person who knows your account, not a shared inbox.
Getting on the panel is half of it. We review your fee schedules, flag where you are underpaid against RVUs, and handle renegotiation and out-of-network claims.
Thirteen years inside PM and EMR/EHR systems. We configure what you already own — templates, custom forms, eligibility checks, reporting — instead of asking you to migrate.
How we start

We review a sample of your aged claims and denials, then show you what we found and what it is worth recovering. No obligation after it.
Agreement and BAA signed, system access set up, SOPs written for your specialty, and a named account lead assigned to you.
Claims go out daily. You get a weekly production summary and a monthly review of collections, denials and A/R by bucket.
Who runs it
HITREV was started by a credentialing and revenue cycle team that spent more than a decade inside US healthcare IT — leading enrollment operations, running billing client management, and handling ICD-10 migration and payer contracting for practices across the country.
That matters for one practical reason: when a payer stalls an application or a claim denies for something that is not really the reason on the remit, you want someone who has met that exact problem before and knows who to call.
We deliberately stay small. Every client gets a named lead who knows the account, and the people who scoped your work are the people who run it.
